Guardian Programs

Guardian Plans give you all the benefits of a full managed print program delivered to you on a per-machine basis. With Guardian, purchase just the plans you need, and get the coverage you require.

Guardian

End-to-end printer supply and on-site service plan - covers a printer for 3 years at a specific number of pages per month (page amount is based on device model). Place service requests and order supplies 24/7 directly through a software client on your desktop. Gain access to a centralized portal allowing you to view machine histories, notes, and service tickets.

Guardian Complete

Need to add a new printer or upgrade to a newer model? With Guardian Complete, get all the same great features as Guardian, plus your new device is provided as part of the plan. Guardian Complete covers your new device for 3 years at a specific number of pages per month (page amount is based on device model).


Break-Fix Service

Get the service you need, when and where you need it. Our Help Desk will troubleshoot the problem and resolve the issue on the spot, or dispatch to our nationwide network for fast service. In addition, our break-fix service covers most devices under warranty at no charge.


Extended Warranties for New Devices

Cover your new device for a total of 3 years and get all your parts and service delivered to you onsite (excludes toner and maintenance kits).

Maintenance Contracts

Annual contracts give you the peace of mind knowing that all your printer service and parts requirements are covered onsite (excludes toner and maintenance kits).
